Surrounded by 28 hectares of fig, almond, carob & fruit trees, Sa Rota nestles in the geographic centre of the island, close to the town of Sineu.

All of the guest accommodation provides panoramic views of the peaceful surrounding countryside and distant mountains to the north.

The traditional 18th Century Manor House of Sa Rota d’en Palerm with it’s adjacent annex buildings has been converted into a small series of apartments and suites, on this little estate tucked away in Mallorca’s deep interior.  Visit the gallery >>.

The accommodation is decorated in a typically simple Mallorcan style, with emphasis given to the utilization of antique furniture restored by the owner, together with traditional homemade furnishings and fabrics.

Apartments accommodate 2 or 4 persons, with extra beds / cots available if required. Each has a lounge (with satellite T.V.), bathroom (with hairdryer) and an equipped kitchen as well as private terrace. Air conditioning and heating facilities are also provided for the comfort of guests.

Outside, the spacious terraces offer the ideal venue in which to relax under the Mediterranean sun by day and enjoy the calming natural surroundings of this beautiful little countryside oasis by night.

Not only does Sa Rota offer it’s guests excellent accommodation in a friendly family environment, but it’s central location also makes it such a sensible place to base oneself, in order to embark upon an exploration of the entire island.

One thing’s for sure - Overlook Sa Rota and you’re certainly missing out on one of Mallorca’s true gems!

60+ days notice of cancellation - Deposit will be refunded.
59 to 30 days notice - 50% of deposit will be retained.
29 to 15 days notice - 75% of deposit will be retained.
Less than 15 days notice - 100% of deposit will be retained.
