These conditions apply only if you decide to proceed in confirming a reservation.

(1) Stellion Limited (2mallorca.net) processes enquiries & reservation requests on behalf of selected hotels in Mallorca.

(2) If you decide to make a reservation, you should do so using one of the methods (either online or by telephone) as detailed in the e-mail offer you receive from us (Stellion Ltd.).

(3) Any bonus(es) we offer are in addition to those which may be available from hotel(s) and such bonuses will only be available for reservations which are made on our system.  Sometimes bonuses are provided retrospectively and at our discretion - These are for you to enjoy (with our compliments) before, during, or indeed after your holiday / vacation.

(4) Our system will make your reservation directly with your selected hotel and the price we quote you will be a direct hotel price (or sometimes even less). There will never be any booking fees, agent’s fees or indeed any other hidden charges for you to worry about.

(5) If you request an option (which is a provisional reservation without obligation to proceed), this may be granted only if there is availability at the time you make your enquiry.

(6) If you do not request an option, or if an option period expires prior to you requesting a confirmed reservation, the accommodation you require may no longer be available.

(7) Enquiries & Reservations are processed on our system and we will issue you with any necessary documentation (i.e. Booking Confirmation, Accommodation Documents, Maps & Driving Directions etc.) on behalf of your selected hotel(s).

(8) If you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation, you must advise us of this as soon as you can.  Cancellation policies and associated cancellation fees are individual to each hotel and are shown on the individual hotel information pages on our website.  All reservations are made subject to the relevant cancellation (and associated charging) policy for your selected hotel(s).

(9) We will act in good faith when providing and maintaining the description of the hotel. However, if changes occur in respect of the facilities offered or otherwise available at your chosen hotel, you will not hold us responsible or liable for any such changes.

(10) In the unlikely event that you need to make any complaint, you should raise any such matter immediately at the hotel in order to provide an opportunity for problems to be resolved without delay.

(11) These conditions apply to all reservations made on our system.

(12) These conditions are subject to English Law.
